This collection explores my experience of navigating the uncertainty of new motherhood. Centered on the postpartum journey, the series examines the spaces between identities: mother and woman, ambition and exhaustion, certainty and confusion. Rather than portraying motherhood as either beautiful or difficult, The Space Between embraces the contradiction of both. It lives in the tension of missing the life I once knew while simultaneously loving the life I am creating.

Through this series, I explore the shifting sense of self that comes with motherhood and the quiet, often complicated moments of becoming. At its heart is one question: Who do I become in the space between who I was and who I am becoming?
